This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) describes how MeowPaw O\u00dc (registry code 17308133, e-mail info@t\u00f5ukassid.ee, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) processes the personal data of users of the T\u00f5ukassid.ee portal (hereinafter referred to as the Portal).1.2. The Administrator ensures that data processing is carried out in accordance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian law.1.3. Use of the Portal means that the User has read and agreed to this Policy. <\/p>\n

Processed dataThe Administrator may process the following User data:\u2022 name, e-mail address, and contact telephone number;\u2022 advertisement and payment details;\u2022 IP address and device details (e.g., browser, operating system);\u2022 communication with the Administrator (e.g., e-mails, messages);\u2022 other data voluntarily provided by the User (e.g., breeder’s name or breed association membership).<\/p>\n

Purposes of data processingUser data is processed for the following purposes:\u2022 publishing advertisements and providing services;\u2022 customer communication and sending notifications;\u2022 settlement and accounting;\u2022 payment management and confirmation of payment for the service;\u2022 prevention of fraud and detection of misuse;\u2022 fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g., accounting documents).<\/p>\n

Legal basisPersonal data is processed on the following legal bases:\u2022 User consent (e.g. for publishing an advertisement);\u2022 Performance of a contract (provision of services and billing);\u2022 Legal obligation (e.g. retention of accounting data);\u2022 Legitimate interest of the controller (prevention of fraud, ensuring service quality).<\/p>\n

5. Data retention5.1. Personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing or to comply with a legal obligation.5.2. Accounting data will be retained for 7 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.5.3. When a user account is deleted, personal data is deleted, except for data that must be retained in accordance with the law. <\/p>\n

6. Transfer of data to third parties6.1. The controller may transfer data to service providers who provide technical, payment, or IT support if this is necessary for the provision of the service (e.g., web hosting, payment solutions).6.2. All partners are obliged to ensure the security of data and to process it in accordance with applicable law.6.3. User rightsThe user has the following rights:\u2022 to receive information about what data is being processed about them;\u2022 to request the correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of their data;\u2022 to withdraw their consent;\u2022 to object to the processing of data;\u2022 to request the transfer of data;\u2022 to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee) if the User finds that the processing of their data violates their rights.<\/p>\n

8. SecurityThe administrator implements technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, unauthorized access, or disclosure.<\/p>\n

9. Cookies and tracking technologies9.1. The Portal uses cookies to ensure the functionality of the website, analyze usage statistics, and improve the user experience.9.2.
