1. GENERAL PROVISIONS1.1. These terms and conditions of sale and use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) apply to all persons (hereinafter referred to as the User) who wish to use the portal T\u00f5ukassid.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Portal) for publishing advertisements.1.2. The Portal is managed by MeowPaw O\u00dc, registration code 17308133, e-mail info@t\u00f5ukassid.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).1.3. The Portal mediates the publication of advertisements to private individuals for a fee. The Portal is not a seller or broker of animals, but provides a technical platform for submitting and displaying advertisements.1.4. Only official cat breeders who have a valid, recognized breed association-registered cattery name are allowed to publish advertisements on the Portal.1.5. If the Portal determines that the person who submitted the advertisement is not an official breeder, the Administrator has the right to delete the advertisement immediately and the service fee paid will not be refunded.1.6. The Portal has the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the Portal’s website. <\/p>\n

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION2.1. Users can publish advertisements about kick scooters on the Portal in accordance with the categories established on the Portal.2.2. Publishing an advertisement is subject to a fee in accordance with the price list available on the Portal’s website.2.3. The advertisement fee covers the publication of the advertisement for a specified period of time.2.4. The Portal is not responsible for the content, legality, or accuracy of the information provided in the advertisements. The User is solely responsible for the content of the advertisement.2.5. The Portal has the right to check the content of advertisements and, if necessary, change or remove them if they are in conflict with the Terms and Conditions or the law. <\/p>\n

3. ORDERING THE SERVICE AND PAYMENT TERMS3.1. To add an advertisement, the User must fill out the advertisement form and pay the corresponding service fee.3.2. Payment is made through the Modena payment solution.3.3. After receipt of payment, the advertisement will be activated automatically or within 2 working days at the latest.3.4. The service fee paid is non-refundable, except in cases where the advertisement cannot be published on the Portal for technical reasons.3.5. The Portal has the right to refuse to publish an advertisement if it does not comply with the Terms and Conditions or applicable law. <\/p>\n

4. USER OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES4.1. The User undertakes to submit only true and lawful information.4.2. The images and texts published in the advertisement must be created by the User or used on the basis of rights belonging to the User.4.3. The content of the advertisement must comply with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, including animal welfare and consumer protection requirements.4.4. It is prohibited to publish advertisements by persons who are not official breeders.4.5. The Portal has the right to prohibit or remove advertisements that violate the law, the rights of third parties, or these Terms and Conditions, without the User being entitled to a refund.4.6. The User is responsible for all actions taken through the Portal that are made from their user account. <\/p>\n

5. PORTAL RESPONSIBILITY5.1. The Portal is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the advertisements or for transactions made through the advertisements.5.2. The Portal is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from the use of the Portal, interruptions, or technical problems.5.3. The Portal does not guarantee sales results or the completion of transactions.5.4. The Portal will make reasonable efforts to ensure the functioning of the service, but is not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., server failure, third-party service interruptions). <\/p>\n

6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA6.1. The Portal processes the User’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available on the Portal’s website.6.2. Personal data is used for the provision of services, customer communication, and billing.6.3. The User has the right to access their data and request its correction or deletion in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. <\/p>\n

7. COPYRIGHT AND USE OF CONTENT7.1. All content on the Portal (including design, text, logos, and graphic elements) belongs to the Administrator or is used under the relevant license.7.2. The User grants the Portal the right to use the content of the advertisement (e.g., images, descriptions) in the Portal’s marketing activities, with reference to the author of the advertisement.7.3. The User confirms that the content used in the advertisement does not violate the rights of third parties or copyrights. <\/p>\n

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION8.1. All disputes arising from the Portal shall be resolved through negotiation.8.2. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.8.3.
